Onion Nashik - प्याज नासिक

Onion Red or pyāja lāla, in Hindi, is spherical-shaped vegetable with one end conical. As name explains it is red in colour but is white from inside. On cutting the vegetable many layers of onion will be found. Taste wise, it is sharp spicy with pungent ending. Its biological name is Allium cepa.
