Papaya  - पपीता 

Papaya is orange coloured fruit which is covered with green cover on its surface and is elliptical in shape. Numerous small-round black seeds will be found after it is cut. Papaya belongs to family Caricaceae. Botanical name for papaya is Carica papaya and commonly known as Papeeta in Hindi. It is also called Paw-paw in some countries. Taste of ripen papaya is sweet but it can be bitter if not taken proper care of the fruit.
