Raw Banana or biologically known as Musa is green cylindrical vegetable with one end conical. Cover of raw banana is hard as compared to ripen banana. Taste too is different from fruit banana as it is tasteless and sticky before being cooked. In Hindi it is well known as Kachcha Kela.
