Cymbopogon citratus or Lemongrass is long-lasting plant which looks like a grass at one end and other end contains spikes which gives flowers. Its body is of off-white colour and has thin long leaves (like spring onion). In India it is famous as Bhsutrina. Taste is as same as that of lemon and is citrus in nature.
